The apartment can be reached by your own vehicle (possibility of parking along the road), comfortably with the bus service, or walking up the slope of Via Giancos directly from the port.

- First bedroom: two single beds and French window on the terrace.
- Second bedroom: double bed, closet and French window on the terrace.
- Third bedroom: double bed, bedside tables, closet and French window on the terrace.
- Bathroom: shower with box, bidet, wc, washbasin, window and French window on the terrace.
- The terrace with harbor view is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs.

The rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom are connected internally, but there is also an independent access from the terrace, a very advantageous architectural solution if you need more independence or use the bathroom at night without passing through the other rooms.
